The SolomaxHub guarantee: full terms
Plain rules for every SolomaxHub Experts order. They apply to every gig and every expert.
Who you buy from
You buy from SolomaxHub (Solomaxhub Digital Store, BN 9896145). The expert is our invited contractor and makes the work for us. You pay SolomaxHub, never the expert.
What you pay
The package price you see, plus a ₦500 service fee per order. Nothing else is added. Extra revisions are optional and shown with their price before you pay.
When the clock starts
The delivery time starts when you send your brief on the order page, not when you pay.
Changes
Each package says how many revisions are included (up to 2). Revisions cover the brief you sent. When they are used, you can buy an extra revision or report a problem.
Accepting the work
Nothing is complete until you accept it. If you do not answer within 3 days after a delivery, the order completes automatically. We remind you 24 hours before.
Late delivery
If the delivery is not in 24 hours after the due time, you can cancel on your order page and get a full refund, including the service fee.
Not as agreed
Press "Report a problem" on your order page. The timers stop, our team reads both sides and decides: complete as normal, a part refund, or a full refund.
Cancel before you start
You can cancel before you send the brief and get everything back, including the service fee.
How refunds are paid
SolomaxHub sends refunds by bank transfer, usually within 3 working days of the decision. You get an email when it is sent.
What experts may not do
Promise views, monetisation or "going viral", use fake engagement, or reuse other people's videos. Contact details in messages are hidden so your money stays protected.
