These terms apply when you use solomaxhub.com or the SolomaxHub app. By creating an account or buying from us, you agree to them. SolomaxHub is operated by Solomaxhub LLC (owner: Solomon Boyi).
1. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give correct details.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us at once at support@solomaxhub.com if you think someone else has used your account.
2. Your wallet
- You add money to your wallet in naira and pay for products from your balance.
- A processing fee may apply when you add money. It is shown before you pay.
- Wallet money can only be spent on SolomaxHub. It cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
- If we find that money was added by mistake or through fraud, we may reverse it.
3. Products and delivery
- We sell access to third-party subscriptions and licences. We are not the owner of these brands and are not connected to or endorsed by them, unless we say so.
- Each product page shows how long the plan lasts, what you get, what we need from you and the warranty, before you pay. Please read it.
- Many products are delivered automatically within minutes. Some are delivered by hand and can take longer. The product page tells you which.
- Your delivery details appear under My orders. Keep them private and don't change passwords or settings unless the product page allows it.
- You must use products lawfully and follow the rules of the service they belong to.
4. Warranty, replacements and refunds
- Warranty claims follow our Replacement Policy.
- For warranty claims you may need a screen recording that starts before you first reveal your delivery details and shows the reveal code.
- If we cannot deliver or replace a product, we refund the unused value to your SolomaxHub wallet, as the Replacement Policy explains.
- Misuse, sharing, or changing an account against the product rules can end the warranty.
5. Prices
Prices are in naira and can change. The price you pay is the one shown when you confirm your order. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates only.
6. What you must not do
- Use SolomaxHub for fraud, stolen payment cards or money laundering.
- Resell or share delivered details in a way the product does not allow.
- Try to break into, overload or copy the site.
- Open false warranty claims or chargebacks.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Any honest balance left in a closed account is handled under section 2.
7. Retailers
If you join our retailer programme, the retailer terms shown when you sign up also apply.
8. Liability
We provide SolomaxHub with care, but third-party services can change or stop without warning. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top. Orders already placed follow the terms that applied when you placed them.
